The Lady's Plantar Fasciitis Athletic Shoes
These are the lady's athletic shoes that help to combat the effects of plantar fasciitis with a comfortably soft, stabilizing orthotic footbed that provides superior arch support. Recipient of the prestigious American Podiatric Medical Association's Seal of Acceptance, the shoes have deep heel cups molded into their shock-absorbing EVA footbeds, aligning the feet into a natural position for those who over-pronate, when the heel bone angles inward, a determining factor in the development of plantar fasciitis. The shoes have mesh uppers, strong heel counters, lightweight CME midsoles, TRP midfoot stabilizers, and resilient rubber outsoles with a non-slip pattern. The biomechanical footbeds provide optimal comfort and support when the shoes are worn for at least a few hours per day over the course of two weeks.
Select color and women's size.
I haven't had much a chance to wear them to work yet-off for a back problem-hoping they do give me good relief-I'm a nurse and on my feet all day. I believe they are too expensive-otherwise I would have ordered the dark pair.
Very comfortable. Runs a little wide. Not dark gray, more a dark purple. Would like a little more arch support
my feet range from size 8-9 depending on brand; i got an 8 and fits perfect thought they were going to be too small at first but they stretched (i got them wet walking my dog) i thought they would look like "granny" shoes but they actually look like regular gym shoes and don't look "orthopedic" I have noticed that my feet don't hurt as intensely as before but i am also doing a lot of chiropractic and stretching work in combination
I have incredibly flat feet. The orthopedic specialist called them "low mileage feet". I have been wearing the custom made orthotics for over a year and my feet just cannot tolerate them. I ordered these shoes in desperation for a trip we are taking, and they are by far the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. The style forces your feet out and the arch support is more than adequate. The shoe itself is not heavy or clunky looking as my $175 pair are that I had to get to accommodate the shoe inserts. The price is reasonable for the level of comfort I am getting!!
