In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged/defective
item, please contact the Merchandise Customer Service as soon as possible within
3 business days of receiving the item to obtain an authorisation for return. After
we authorise a return, we will provide additional instructions for replacement.

Q4. Do I need to pay additional courier costs?
No, there is free delivery on all merchandise items.
Q5. Are the items under warranty?
Most products are backed by a manufacturer warranty.
You are encouraged to contact the manufacturer directly regarding all warranty related
inquiries.
Q6. Can I cancel an order I have placed?
Yes, but only within 72hours of the order being placed.
Q7. What is your return policy?
Only damaged or defective merchandise may be returned.

Q9. How often do you update products and pricing?
To keep our selections fresh and innovative we are
continually looking for items to enhance our Player Rewards merchandise catalogue.
This includes adding new items, new models, removing discontinued items and pricing
reviews. This will be done on a seasonal basis.
Q10. Can I exchange my Reward Points for cash or transfer them to someone else?
Reward Points cannot be taken as cash and are not transferable.
Q11. Will I receive the exact product item displayed?
Item images and description are for reference but we will make every effort to provide the exact item as presented. In the event that an item becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to provide an item of equal or greater value and quality.
