For fastest delivery, products are shipped to you from each individual merchant. Delivery times may vary, but when you place an order with SkyMall, we will estimate the shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order. Once you've placed your order, you will be able to see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail and in the relevant order summary in the My Account section. Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays.

Holiday Shipping Schedules & Delivery Times
The schedule below applies to in-stock merchandise on orders shipping within the continental United States. Please refer to the product description on the product page to confirm the delivery options for individual items.
Tuesday, December 17th - With Standard Delivery, orders must be placed no later than Tuesday, December 17th, 11:59 AM EST, for the best chance for delivery by Christmas.
Friday, December 20th - Rush Delivery is available on most in-stock merchandise for an additional charge. Orders must be placed no later than Friday, December 20th, 11:59 AM EST, for the best chance for delivery by Christmas.
Sunday, December 22nd - Next Day Delivery is available on most in-stock merchandise for an additional charge. Orders must be placed no later than Sunday, December 22nd by 11:59 A.M. EST. to be Delivered before Christmas.
Standard Delivery Rates
Some items may require additional shipping costs and delivery time due to weight. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico require an additional delivery charge. Due to the unique nature of the item, some products cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or P.O. Zip Codes.
Delivery charges are non-refundable, except in the case of damaged or defective merchandise.
Delivery in 2 to 4 business days is available on most merchandise. An additional charge may apply and will be calculated at checkout. Some products require expedited shipping due to size, weight or the perishable nature of the product. Additional charges are listed on the product detail page.
Next Day Delivery
Orders for in-stock merchandise received by 12 noon EST Monday-Friday are eligible for delivery within the Continental U.S. on the next business day. If you order an item with the Next Day Shipping option after 12 noon EST, Monday - Friday, the item will usually ship on the following business day, requiring a total of two business days for delivery. For example, an order received after 12 noon on Monday may be delivered on Wednesday. An order received after 12 noon on Friday may be delivered on Tuesday. Additional charges apply and will be calculated at checkout.
Many SkyMall products are available for delivery outside the United States. If an item cannot be shipped outside the United States, "This item cannot be exported" will be noted on the product detail page.
To determine international delivery rates, you must add the item to your cart and complete the delivery address fields. The amount will be automatically calculated based on your delivery destination and will be displayed in the cart. All prices are U.S. Dollars.
Delivery costs do not include any applicable duties and taxes. The recipient will be responsible for these charges at the time of delivery.
Standard delivery time is 4 - 6 weeks. Sorry, no next day or rush delivery is available.
The following items are not eligible for international delivery: food, flowers, fragile items, perishables, oversized items and items weighing over 55 pounds.

Multiple Address and Gift Deliveries
Gift delivery is available on all orders - just click the "shipping to multiple addresses" link on the shipping page at check out.
You'll be able to specify a separate address for each item in your order.

We verify the name and address on your order against the bank's records. We will not process the order unless all billing and shipping information can be verified. If you share a card with a family member, please be sure your name is on the account.
Alternative Shipping Addresses
We ask that all customers shipping to an address other than the billing address notify their credit card company of the alternate shipping address. This process is becoming standard and credit card companies are happy to assist you. Simply call your credit card company and let them know you are placing orders via the Internet and would like to give them an alternate shipping address. (Doing this will speed up the order process) When our early fraud prevention department checks an order and the shipping address is not listed with your credit card provider, the order will be delayed. An e-mail will then be sent to notify you of the delay and request you register the alternate shipping address with your credit card company. Your order will then be placed on hold so you may register the alternate shipping address and notify us.
