Pivoting Mirror This mirror does light up better than any others I've seen and the design is upscale and modern. The base and mechnical arm are high quality and well made. The concenn is that the round light casing, when touched, falls apart and the heavy mirror falls to the ground. A mirror like this is made to be touched and manuvered, so it's a matter of time before it falls apart and the mirror or light bulb break. This price is too high to take such a risk. July 11, 2008
Too much magnification I loved everything about the mirror, the quality the excellent light, the size, the extra outlet feature, but the 10x magnification side was just too much for me. It was distorted unless I put my face right up against the mirror which wasn't very comfortable. I tried it with and without my contacts in, but just couldn't make it work. Reluctantly I returned it. If they ever make one with 5x magnification sign me up! July 11, 2008
