The first one I received unfortunately did not work. I contacted the manufacturer and they wanted me to pay to have it shipped back to them. That was unacceptable. So I contacted Sky Mall and they took care of the shipping.The second one I received works great. I have used other laser guidance systems before, but this one is much easier to install and it seems like the lasers are brighter. I would definetly recommend this product, but if you have a defective one, contact Sky Mall. They have great customer service!!! August 6, 2011

Exact parking requires exact parking This is really a great product. I have no complaints but one word of caution.My garage is oversized so when pulling either vehcile into the garage, if your vehicle is not lined up just perfectly (width wise, ie just a bit left or right) when entering the driveway and garage, the laser marker(s) may not be where you intended them to be.
