Does not work I just received the product but it does not work. I followed all instructions on the user guide manual closing and openning the case aprox 100 times and the UV light did not turn on.It may be damaged. December 13, 2011
toothbrush santizer stopped working after 1 week Have been using this santizer for one week and it's already having difficult switching on. It refused to work this morning until I shook it and played with it. Seems the tiny button that is activated when the lid is shut is not making proper contact. I am very dissapointed. I am ready to contact SkyMall to ship it back. The other toothbrush sanitzer from the competitor sold through SkyMall lasted three years. Its obvious I should have spent the$10 more for the original Vio and not the knock off. September 24, 2011
