The Impressor tenderizes meat in three tasty ways

The Impressor features 60 stainless steel piercing blades designed to tenderize even the toughest cuts of meat more effectively than traditional pounding tenderizers.
The benefit of thin slices is that they conduct heat more easily drawing marinades to the center of the cut, dramatically reducing time for both cooking and marinating. Additionally, interchangeable smooth and coarse pounding plates can be attached to the ergonomically designed handle to flatten cutlets, further tenderize meat, crush crab shells, infuse coarse spices, and crush whole garlic cloves, nuts, or ice.
