Unlike lesser microdermabrasion devices that discharge loose crystals and cannot be used around the eyes or mouth, this model has fixed diamond tips for use anywhere on the face. The wand's diamond tips gently abrade and exfoliate the skin and minimize the appearance of age spots and enlarged pores. A vacuum integrated into the wand removes dead skin cells and stimulates blood circulation throughout the face, facilitating collagen and elastin cell production and producing softer, younger-looking skin.
An independent study proved that the diamond tipped microdermabrasion system diminished fine lines, wrinkles, and blemishes in nearly all patients who used the device twice a week. A comfort control knob provides five sensitivity levels.
