On September 21, 2008, Yankee Stadium fell silent...for good.
Gone were the nightly throngs of loud and passionate Yankees fans. Fifty-seven thousand empty blue seats were all that remained, quietly resting in the Bronx. These precious gems were pried from baseball's Cathedral in the Bronx, and made available for pinstriped fans to own. They are the most talked about, and sought after collectible on the sports market today.
Fans have the opportunity to purchase a pair of non-specific seats from the cathedral of baseball. Each set of seats from the original Yankee Stadium comes with a Yankees-Steiner Letter of Authenticity. Seats may differ from shown, the arms on the seats have gone through a lead abatement process and have been re-painted.
Seats are stand alone.
