Really helps I have plantar fascitis and these arch sleeves work very well in reducing and eliminating the pain. They are most helpful at night when I am not wearing a shoe, but they also allow me to wear flat shoes. January 27, 2013

Yes yes yes!!! I have high arches and have had bunion surgery on my left foot. The surgery caused the tendons under my foot to pull, which caused severe pain in my arches and heel. Once I put the arch sleeve on, it supported my arches and totally alleviated the pain under my foot, and my foot feels soo much better! I can finally walk without pain, even barefooted!!
