Scientific studies show that regular use of a night splint helps treat plantar fasciitis. Cool Stretch delivers a dynamic combination of cold therapy to reduce inflammation and fixed angle support for effective passive stretching of the plantar fascia throughout the night. The rigid yet comfortable low-profile design provides constant 90-degree dorsiflexion of the foot, alleviating morning tension and stiffness. The sealed ice pack moves freely for targeted pain relief. Adjust the tension with two hook-and-loop straps.

Cool Stretch Night Splint 1 1
So glad I bought this! I developed plantar fascitis 2 mos. ago and am being treated for it with acupuncture. A friend recommended I buy a foot splint to sleep in. I read the reviews on several of then and, based on positive feedback, chose this one. I'm so glad I did. I've been very pleased with it. I had no trouble at all getting used to it and I think it has probably helped my situation as much as the acupuncture. I think I will probably continue sleeping in it even when my discomfort is gone just as a preventative measure. A couple people complained that they had worn it so long the velcro was losing it's grip. I solve that problem by not unfastening it each time . . . I manage to slip it on and off my foot without undoing the straps. If you're suffering from pf you really should purchase this. It's a winner. I notice a world of difference when I get up in the morning now. (formerly my most painful time) June 12, 2012
