It broke too easily Well, I was excited at first because it actually reached our windows which are pretty high without having to use a ladder; but it broke right at the point where the section that held the cleaner connected to the pole on the third window. That was frustrating; so we went back to using the outdoor Windex that hooks to your hose and just used this as a brush; which was fine. I gave it 2 stars because the brushes were useful even though it no longer could hook up to the hose. May 11, 2013
