Greatest present ever! We purchased the Herbal Pack Pac for my Mother on her birthday this March 2012.The same night she opened her present, she said, Let's try it right now. I warmed in the Microwave and she put it on and said, WOW, I love this! Then she called me a few days later and said she put it in the freezer and uses it both ways, cold and hot and loves it! It was the best present we could have bough her.
