Multiple uses I originally had purchased this for it's slimming effect and posture improvement which for that it was fine. For me the sizing was fine. Using a tape measure I was a 46 inch chest and 39 inch waist and I ordered XL. Keep in mind the whole point of this product is to squeeze you flat(er). That said, if you're overweight, it isn't exactly a party.I also found it useful to wear a compression shirt like ones by Under Armor or Starter under it to provide additional comfort.The zipper is a great/downside thing. The great: To get the appropriate compression and secured fitting, first you clasp it together at 4 points and then you are able to zip it up. The bad: The zipper is a little bulky so it can be seen a little bit via a bump so this wouldn't be something i'd wear under a t-shirt alone.Where I ended up having the biggest benefit was post ab/flank liposuction surgery where it ended up being a better compression garment than what was provided to me by my doc. I would imagine many folks purchasing this will end up like I did eventually needing it for that purpose and am so grateful I had this around for me to change into. May 15, 2013
decent purchace make sure you go 2 sizes up i had to return twice but its many uses thinner looking back support riding bikes all kind back support its a fun piece of merchandice May 9, 2013
Better than any I've tried I've tried many back braces for my posture and this proves to be the best for me. My pain level goes from a 10 to a 2 when i wear it. I am getting another one. April 24, 2013
