The DeLonghi BQ100 Indoor Grill with Broiler Drawer has a non-stick die-case grill plate with semi-embedded heating element that distributes heat more evenly for the most consistent grilling result. The professional broiler drawer provides restaurant-quality results by allowing you to first sear food on the grill and then complete the cooking process in the broiler.
The grill includes an adjustable thermostat with high, medium and low settings and a large 12.5 x 9 inch cooking surface. Two-tier cooking capability allows you to cook twice as much food on one grill when using the grill top and broiler drawer at the same time. Other features include an oil and grease drain cup, micro safety switch and on/off indicator light.
