Quality & Unique The Comfort-U Pillow is a very quality and unique item! It's perfect for anyone who wants or needs support anywhere on your body. It definitely works! I have arthritis in my lower back, along with hip and neck problems. Since using the Comfort-U Pillow, I wake up without the pain I use to. awesome I bought this pillow years ago after my back surgery and SO glad I did! My only 'complaint' is that the filling is too pliable and I'd wake up laying on just the mattress! I flip it around, condense the filling to each 'arm', put a few twists in the empty part at the 'bottom of the 'U' and use another pillow for my head...if that makes any sense. I miss my pillow when I travel. May 26, 2009
