Looks Custom Painted I have had items made over the years that have my personal details added. They always looked phony and amateurish. Headlines of newspapers, wall art, movie posters, all were clearly added on after the product was printed. This sign, however, is not like that. My family name looked perfect. It was hard to tell that this sign was not painted de novo just for me. I was pleasantly surpised at the quality. March 10, 2013
fun, well-liked; not an heirloom arrived as described, earlier than expected; definitely fun, retro-style gift; not particularly vivid I rather expected the faces and boat details to be more vivid like an antique postcard - it's like you took an antique postcard and blew it up and the pixels just didn't cut it; But that's being super scrutinizing in a way that most observers would never be; the wood is bordering on too thin -not particularly durable-appearing; But hey, your just going to hang it on a wall. Great conversation piece. I would order it again, definitely; I am very happy with it - just letting everyone know exactly what to expect February 23, 2013
