It Is Okay The wicker hose reel is quite attractive. However, when loaded with a 100' high quality 5/8" hose it does not wind up well. I did some research and ordered the hose most people would typically use with this reel to play it safe. And I have realised it is tough to get the whole 100' coiled back into the reel. Not so great.I do like how it looks in my yard so 3 stars are applicable here. Just wish it worked better. May 30, 2013
