Effective so far I have used the Umbrella multiple times now. It works great for the purpose of carrying it around in case of a sudden shower. Getting it back into the case is easy but it isn't quite the same as when I first opened the product (slightly more bulky). I'm not sure it will last forever because the ribs seem flimsy.
