Extremely Disappointed After two tries I would have to say this machine is extremely disappointing. It wouldn't operate. I would not recommend it as it is not tested prior to being sent out to the new owner. January 19, 2013
Needs Improvement The machine's ease of use is at times difficult according to different users. At times I have not found the machine to work consistently. One can feel the electronic stimuli working at various strengths. January 17, 2013
Confusing Product may be great but could not work through the instructions to make it work. Even after calling the manufacturer I was not clear on exactly what the massager was supposed to do. Also, the functionality of gel pads that accompanied the product was not apparent. January 10, 2013
So far I have not been able to get it to work for me. I went home for Christmas and have to try it again. I am not successful i being able to program the electric Foot Massage. January 10, 2013
