i am very please with the product.but there was no good instruction for connection.and also thee only switches that work is for the fan that cools the lap top why is that.the buttons for increasing the volume from mute,med,loud do not work.if i have not thrown the boxs away i would have sent it back.but it serve the purpose that i need it for.next time when in doubt call first. i will still by items from skymall. The Sound Desk meets my needs This product is much better than I expected. I am a full time author and screenwriter who works at home. I needed a sturdy, compact desk that I could roll into whatever room in which I want to work. The desk is of the quality I have always expected from The Sharper Image, no matter who owns the company. It was easy to assemble (tools are included), and the price was right. I'm an older consumer, but this desk is a perfect gift for a college student. February 4, 2013
Enjoy the HISS! Easy to assemble and a nice compact work space. Unfortunately there is such a hiss coming through the speakers it's impossible to listen to them--no matter what the sound source. Very disappointing. January 14, 2013
