potential, but disappointing Our 4-month old puppy loved the Dog Pal, but within 20 minutes (over 2 different days), the lower right hand suspension arm had came apart. The locking screws were loose which allowed the locating pin to work its way loose. As a result the Dog Pal suspension failed, and no longer steers correctly, and randomly fails to turn left or right. We used it on grass only, it was mown, dry and flat, and didn't have the unit on the highest speed, as the puppy wasn't supposed to run very fast. So, after spending $300 - and having it shipped to Australia - we are really disappointed. The dog LOVED IT for 10 minutes, and now we are stuck with an expensive reject. We are hoping something can be done to fix it, then our dog will be very happy and so will we. January 19, 2013
