Unlike typical translators that only translate individual words, this superior model translates full phrases or words typed on its keyboard. The device instantly displays translations to and from English for 210,000 common travel phrases or 1.8 million words in 24 European languages, three Asian languages, English, Arabic, or Hindi. The translator uses the New Oxford American Dictionary and it maintains a history of searched terms and allows you to create a favorites list for commonly used phrases.

About the size of a smartphone, the device flips open and has a physical QWERTY keyboard, integrated speaker, and 3-3/4" backlit LCD that allow you to quickly type entries, listen to pronunciations, and see translations in the language of your choice.
