would buy more if i had more pets! super easy process -- submitted my order on skymall and received an email from the photo company. submitted two pictures of my cats denoting the gender of each and that was it! it would be nice if they offered to send a digital image first to see if there are any changes you would like to be made or to resubmit a different picture. however, i was really happy with the way everything turned out. i posted a picture of the photos and a lot of friends loved it and wanted some of their own. a must buy to show off your pets in a humorous yet regal way! This artwork ruined my life I can't sleep. I can't eat. I can't go to work. I can only sit and stare at the portrait of my cat, Lucy, longingly and lovingly. One day, I'll figure out why she has human hands instead of paws. But not today. I'm hungry. February 16, 2013
