very disappointing. Want to return. The Air-o-Sage came with disintegrating batteries in the control. I find this product badly made and unwieldy to use. The idea behind the product is good but the equipment is a big disappointment. I want to return this product and have had a hard time calling the company for instructions. January 9, 2013
