arrived incomplete! I had to return this back to skymall because the box it arrived in had 2 big holes and pieces of the showel were missing... I found some in my driveway but still was incomplete. BAD QUALITY!!! January 30, 2013
Looked used This was a gift for my brother. I was so embarrassed when he called me to ask if I bought it from a thrift store. He said it was missing screws and had scratches on it. He returned it did not want a replacement. I felt so bad because I hardly ever buy him anything and the first time I do it was a disaster. My expectations were not met. January 24, 2013
broke immediately I was very excited about this product because I cannot use one arm and I wanted to be able to shovel my own walks without using a snow blower. The shovel arrived in a small package and required assembly. The wheels were hard to secure and had small pins to lock them onto the axle. The shovel worked well in 3 inches of light powder for 20 yards, when the wheel popped off and the pin flew away, never to be recovered. The shovel is a great idea but the actual product was ruined by lousy engineering and cheap manufacture. I want my money back. January 13, 2013
Disappointed I purchased this for a gift for someone who has everything. The shovel was really sturdy and we thought it would work well in the snow but my dad ended up sending it back. It was a great idea but disappointing. January 9, 2013
