Give green transportation the go ahead
The Solowheel is the smallest, greenest, most convenient "People Mover" ever invented. This gyro-stabilized electric unicycle is compact and fun to ride and is intended to be used as you would use an electric bicycle. It reaches up to 10 mph and travels 15 to 20 miles on a fully charged battery. Plus, it's easy to carry on the bus or subway.
At 26 lbs the black and red Solowheel is lightweight and convenient with a built in carrying handle. Only 19 inches high, 17 inches long, and 8 inches wide (pedals folded) you can carry it with you and it doesn't take up any more space than a briefcase.
The Solowheel uses a Lithium Ion battery that can be fully charged using a common household outlet in about 1-2 hours. A fully charged battery allows a range of approximately 15-20 miles and can reach speeds of up to 10 mph. The great thing about the battery is it recaptures energy, even in use, when going downhill or slowing down just like a hybrid car would.
The Solowheel is easy to learn and intended for adults and children over the age of 15. It is strongly recommended that children 15 and up use the Solowheel only with adult supervision. The Solowheel comes with an instruction manual and DVD as well as a one-year manufacturer warranty.
- Ideal for convenient traveling around the city, a country trail, the beach, school campuses, or anywhere else personal transportation devices are allowed.
- Innovative technology and gyro-sensors provide an easy, uncomplicated and straightforward ride.
