Christmas fave My mother-in-law was thrilled with this gift. First of all, they are packaged nicely in a linen-type bag for storage. The color of the slippers I chose was "mauve." The slippers look more like a lavendar in the pictures, and I trusted that would be true. The slippers ARE, in fact, lavendar, NOT mauve, so if purple is what you are going for, then choose these slippers! Anyway, my m-i-l was mostly happy because they are so very comfortable. She said, "These make such a difference!" because she was on her feet so much around the house being a hostess and these slippers gave her the right amount of support. January 9, 2013
