This German-engineered Kettler pedal-powered race car lets young riders go as far as their energy allows. 9" rubber tires with Lo-Pro rims provide a soft ride on the sidewalk or playground. Shift lever lets rider coast or shift car into gear for pedaling power. Features a dual-wheel handbrake and an easily adjustable seat, along with an enclosed chain drive for safety.
