SkyMall Gift Cards are available in $25, $50 and $100 denominations. Gift Cards can be purchased online or by calling our customer care center, 1-800-SKYMALL.

| - Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen. |
| - Gift Cards are not exchangeable for cash, except where required by law. |
| - Gift Cards expire 24 months from issuance unless prohibited by law. |
| - Gift Cards are non-discountable. |

| Using your Gift Card Online |
| - Only one Gift card may be used per online order. Multiple Gift Cards may be redeemed by calling SkyMall. |
| - Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the tendered Gift Card will require a credit card for the balance due. |

| Other Important Information |
| - Non-electronic Gift cards are sent via Priority Mail. |
| - SkyMall reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected you will be notified via email within two business days. |

| Paper Gift Certificates |
| - These are the gift certificates issued by SkyMall prior to October 2007. |
| - To obtain your balance on a SkyMall paper Gift Certificate, please call 1-800-SKYMALL (759-6255). |
| - Gift Cards expire 24 months from issuance unless prohibited by law. |
| - Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the paper Gift Certificate will require a credit card to fulfill the balance due. |
| - SkyMall will not be responsible for lost or stolen paper Gift Certificates. |
