You can check on your order status at any time.

Click on the "order status" link at the top of every page.
|
|
|
|
On the Welcome page, under "a returning skymall.com customer?" enter your e-mail address and password. (If you forgot your password, click the "forgot your password" link for instructions.)

|

You'll see a complete list of your orders, including confirmation number, date placed, items, shipping address, and status.
|

|
|
Click the "back to your account" link at the top or bottom of the page to view (and edit or update) your complete account information.
