Great Product! Communication was good, shipping was fast. Took my time putting it together, directions were a little confusing. The finished product is sturdy. It's larger than I thought, so it can more than accommodate my heavy bag and tote or shoes. It looks nicer than many of the luggage racks many of the hotels use. February 8, 2013
Luggage Rack Convenience! I fly regularly, usually weekly. I needed a sturdy stand to fit in a small area of my bedroom. This fits the space and the need perfectly! As soon as I get home, I plop my suitcase on it and unpack clothing, then repack clothing the night before leaving. This is the right height to reach into my suitcase from sitting on my bed, which is helpful.It looks great and wouldn't be out of place in any decor. It's very sturdy and well-constructed. Folding rack to complete It took us over three hours to put this together. The minimal directions provided were completely wrong. Even the diagrams were incorrect. The directions need to be revised by someone who speaks English. It was almost as though the people who packed the rack were laughing hysterically at us, knowing that all of the pieces were there but the directions incomplete. We have put many things together in the past, including complicated dressers from Ikea. This was more of a challenge. Good luck! January 9, 2013
