The US Airways Dividend Miles Shopping Mall is hosted by SkyMall, Inc.

The privacy policy pertains only to interaction with the US Airways Dividend Miles Shopping Mall. Any transaction conducted with a participating merchant is subject to the privacy policy of that merchant.

Your personal information is kept private. SkyMall will only collect the information needed to serve you.

When you sign in, you will be required to provide your US Airways Dividend Miles account number. This number will be transferred to any merchant with whom you choose to visit from a link through the US Airways Dividend Miles Shopping Mall site.

Upon completion of your transaction, the merchant will transmit your US Airways Dividend Miles account number and the dollar amount of your qualifying purchase to SkyMall. This information will be used to determine the amount of your mileage award and to properly credit your account.

SkyMall will transmit your account number and the amount of miles earned to US Airways for posting to your Dividend Miles account.

You may provide your email address if you wish to receive information about the US Airways Dividend Miles Shopping Mall and if you wish to receive confirmation, via this email address, when miles earned through the US Airways Dividend Miles Shopping Mall site post to your Dividend Miles account. Your email address will not be used for any other purpose and it will not be shared with any other company.

If you use our online Customer Service Form, you will be required to provide additional information, including your email address, so that we may work to resolve your issue. Any information you provide in the Customer Service Form will only be shared with the Merchant and/or US Airways as required for resolution of your service need.

A cookie is a small data file that a Web site writes to your hard drive when you visit, which assigns you a unique ID and allows the site to save selections made and information entered during your time at the site.
