US Airways Dividend Miles Shopping Mall is subject to the terms and conditions of the US Airways Dividend Miles Program.

Mileage offers are only valid for purchases initiated through www.usairways.com/shop and are not valid toward transactions placed directly with the merchant. US Airways Dividend Miles will be awarded for all your qualifying purchases from participating Merchants. All qualifying purchases will earn miles per the mileage offer displayed for each participating Merchant. It is your responsibility to carefully read the exclusions for any Merchant and to ensure that your purchases qualify for mileage awards.

Exclusions may include but are not limited to applicable taxes, shipping, handling, duties, credit card fees, personalization, gift-wrapping, gift cards, or shipments outside the United States. Miles will not be awarded for any orders cancelled or returned by the customer.

Mileage awards will be posted to US Airways Dividend Miles member account within 8 weeks from the product ship date. You agree that we shall not be responsible for any delay in posting Dividend Miles to your account. Pre-orders and backorders are not subject to award until merchant ships product. This offer is not valid on previous purchases. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion unless specifically stated by merchant.

Upon notification from a Merchant, we reserve the right to reverse any mileage award posted to your account for any valid reason including, without limitation: (i) your failure to fulfill the requirements of a qualifying purchase, (ii) for a return of any goods or services, in whole or in part, that previously was a qualifying purchase, or (iii) if you make a purchase from a Merchant with the intent to defraud. We will use reasonable efforts to respond to any inquiries made by you within 90 days. We are not responsible for changes to or discontinuance of any Merchant goods or services, any Merchant's withdrawal from the Dividend Miles Shopping Mall, or for any effect on your ability to accrue miles caused by such changes. We are also not responsible for changes to or discontinuance of any coupon or special offer offered by a Merchant.

Accrual of Mileage Awards
To receive your miles from the US Airways Dividend Miles Mall, you must
- be logged into www.usairways.com/shop with your Dividend Miles number;
- use only valid links within the Mall Website to enter a participating Merchant's website;
- and complete the transaction within the session generated by clicking a valid link.

We cannot award US Airways Dividend Miles for any purchases made through a third party retailer or other merchant that may be linked to a participating Merchant's website. To verify you are in a valid session, reenter www.usairways.com/shop, and click on the merchant logo or name and then click the "Shop Now" link for the Merchant with whom you want to transact.

You understand and acknowledge that we may audit all your transactions for which US Airways Dividend Miles are claimed, to verify that the transactions were completed and have not been canceled. You understand and acknowledge that if we suspect fraud, we may investigate and report any evidence, including any and all personal information gathered during your use of the Program Website to law enforcement and other judicial authorities in the course of seeking remedies in law.

We, in our sole discretion, may deny you access to the links to Participating Merchants with or without cause at any time. While we employ reasonable security measures to protect the personal information you submit to us, we cannot be responsible for the acts of those who gain unauthorized access, and we make no warranty, express, implied, or otherwise, that we will prevent unauthorized access to your private information.
