Point offers are only valid on purchases initiated through www.the-red-store.com and are not valid on transactions placed in any other manner with the merchant. All qualifying purchases will earn Elevate points per the point offer displayed for each participating Merchant. It is your responsibility to carefully read the exclusions for each Merchant and to ensure that your purchase qualifies for point awards. Exclusions may include but are not limited to applicable taxes, shipping, handling, duties, credit card fees, personalization, gift-wrapping, gift cards, or shipments outside the United States. Please allow 6-8 weeks for points to be posted to you account. Pre-orders and backorders are not subject to award until merchant ships product. Points cannot be awarded on previous purchases. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion unless specifically stated by merchant. We will use reasonable efforts to respond to any inquiries made by you within 90 days. We are not responsible for changes to or discontinuance of any Merchant goods or services, any Merchant's withdrawal from the Red store, or for any effect on your ability to accrue points caused by such changes. We are also not responsible for changes to or discontinuance of any coupon or special offer featured by a Merchant. VIRGIN AMERICA AND SKYMALL RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE OR MODIFY THE MERCHANTS OR POINT OFFERS MADE THROUGH THE RED STORE AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE. ACCRUAL OF POINT AWARDS
To receive your points from the Red store, you must: Be logged into www.the-red-store.com with a valid Elevate account number; Use only valid links within the website to enter a participating Merchant's website; and Complete the transaction within the session generated by clicking a valid link. No Elevate points will be awarded for any purchases made through a third party retailer or other merchant that may be linked to a participating Merchant's website. To verify you are in a valid session, reenter www.the-red-store.com, and click on the merchant logo or name and then click the "Earn Points" link for the Merchant with whom you want to transact.

AWARDING OF POINTS FOR ONBOARD SHOPPING
Points will only be credited on orders placed onboard a Virgin America flight or through the onboard shopping link at www.the-red-store.com. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for points to be posted to your Elevate account. Points will be awarded on the price of items sold excluding applicable taxes and delivery. Elevate points will not be credited for cancelled orders or items returned to merchant. Pre-orders and backorders are not subject to award until products are shipped by merchant. Offer not valid with any other promotion, discount or offer. This offer is not valid on previous purchases. SkyMall has the right to limit quantities or refuse orders. Void where prohibited.

SHIPPING INFORMATION FOR ONBOARD SHOPPING
Most items ship within 2 weeks. Expedited shipping is available on some items. Check the site for shipping details on each product or contact SkyMall at 1.877.8595.RED and an agent will be happy to assist you. Products are subject to availability. Larger items may take 4 to 6 weeks and customers must be available to receive oversized shipments. Once the item has shipped, you will be contacted by the carrier to set a delivery appointment. For white glove deliveries, please inspect the item carefully prior to signing for the delivery. If there is anything wrong with the merchandise, please refuse the delivery and contact SkyMall at 1.877.859.5RED. Once you sign for the delivery, you become liable for any damage on the item. This offer is available exclusively for residents of the 48 continental United States. Merchandise will be shipped in the 48 continental United States only and cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box. All onboard shopping products provided under the Red store program are under full Manufacturer's Warranty.

RETURN POLICY FOR ONBOARD SHOPPING
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the return instructions included in your merchandise package(s). Ship the item(s) within 30 days of the date on your invoice, in the original package using a carrier that provides tracking services. Upon receiving verification of the return from the merchant, SkyMall will promptly issue a refund for the amount of the merchandise to you less a 15% restocking fee. If your shipment does not include instructions, please contact us at 1.877.8595.RED and we will provide the information you need. To make a return:
  • Each store will provide specific return instructions with the item. Be sure to save all packing slips and other materials.
  • Check the packing slip for a return address and procedures.
  • If necessary, obtain a return authorization number by calling the store directly at the number provided on the packing slip.
  • Ship all items postage paid and insured. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • If you are returning the item, the store will instruct SkyMall to credit your credit card once your return has been received, less a 15% restocking fee.
