RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the return instructions included in your merchandise package(s). Upon receiving verification of the return from the merchant, SkyMall will promptly issue a refund for the amount of the merchandise to you. If your shipment does not include instructions, please contact customerservice@skymall.com and we will provide the information that you need.

SkyMall Return Instructions:

  • Returns are valid within 30 days of the ship date

  • The following items are not returnable:

    • Personalized and monogrammed items

    • Perishable food items

    • Gift cards

    • Opened software and DVD’s

    • Oversized items that have additional shipping

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging, including all documentation and in the same condition as when it was delivered

  • You will receive specific return instructions with each item you order. Be sure to save all packing slips and other materials.

  • Check the packing slip for a return address and procedures.

  • Some items require a Return Mailing Authorization (RMA) number; obtain a return authorization number by calling the merchant directly at the number provided on the packing slip.

  • If you need the merchant's return address, and you have created an account please click the "My Account" section and select the order status option and select the item on your order that you wish to return. If you placed an order as a guest, please email us at customerservice@skymall.com.

  • If necessary, ship all items postage paid and insured; be sure to retain tracking numbers for your return shipments. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable, except when the item is defective.

  • If you are exchanging the item for another item, you can make this change directly with the merchant, following their instructions.

  • Restocking fees are applied to returns on items that do not arrive to the customer damaged or defective. We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 25% to a return, depending on the condition of products that arrive in our facilities.

  • Once the item has been received and inspected, the return will be processed. You will receive an email notification that the item has been returned and a credit will be applied to the original form of payment within 10 business days.
